Credit Cards & Debit Cards
We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. International credit/debit card transactions are also accepted through Paypal.

All Credit card and Debit card payments on Gron Stockholm are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by leading Indian banks and payment gateway service providers. We use latest 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it for processing the payment.

Gron Stockholm does not store Credit / Debit card numbers, CVV / Security Code, Pin for 3D Secure, Expiry date on any of its servers and only collects in a session while making a transaction. The said information may however be stored by Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems of banks/payment gateways with authority to do so. Risk Management / Fraud Management Systems are used for ensuring that payment card frauds are kept to minimum and all necessary information regarding payment cards is secure for you, us and the payment card industry.

You can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD) : can also pay through Cash On Delivery (COD). In this case you pay in Cash to the courier person while accepting the goods. COD payments would be accepted for orders with total invoice value up to Rs 10000/-.

Placing a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Order
1. When prompted to choose a Payment Option, select "Pay By Cash-on-   Delivery"
2. Once confirmed the order will be processed for shipment in the time specified, from the date of confirmation.
4. You will be required to make a Cash payment (no cheque or DD will be accepted) to our Courier Partner at the time of delivery.
5. For Cash on Delivery orders packages cannot be opened until complete payment has been made to the Gron Stockholm representative.

 

Refund of Payment
1) If you have selected Cash on Delivery and order has not been delivered, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order


2) For refund of payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, please go to your Gron Stockholm Cash refund Section and initiate refund to your original source of payment by clicking on "Refund Amount Back To Me" button.


3) If your order has been cancelled, then you will receive refund in your Gron Stockholm cash refund section. You may choose to use that refund in your next order or even have it credited back to you by initiating refund to your original mode of payment by clicking on "Refund Amount Back To Me" button.

4) If you would like a refund to your bank account/credit card, the same will be processed by bank/payment gateway within 15 working days of initiating refund request. Payments made through Cash on Delivery will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the Bank Details from you.

5) Refunds pertaining to product(s) which have been returned will be credited to your Gron Stockholm Cash refund section, once the product is received at our facility and we have completed all quality checks and verifications at our end.
For payments made through any of the wallet gateways like Paytm, MobiKwik etc., the amount will be refunded to the Gron stockholm cash refund section. You may choose to use that refund in your next order or even have it credited back to you by initiating refund to your original mode of payment by clicking on "Refund Amount Back To Me" button.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Gron Stockholm ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

Shipping Charges: A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 150 is applicable on all orders below Rs. 1999/-at all locations with an additional charge applicable at certain locations. For orders equal to or above Rs. 1999 free shipping is available

The shipping charge applicable per quantity of the product can be checked by entering your pin code details on the product pages and the total shipping charge applicable on the order will be the sum of the charges for all chargeable product(s) in your order (+ Rs. 50 for orders below Rs. 499). The order level charge will be visible to you in the cart as well as when you enter the shipping address while you are checking out with your order.

These shipping charges applicable are not refundable in the case of return/cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by Gron Stockholm at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

Every once in a while, Gron Stockholm brings out various offers in an attempt to satisfy customers. Various offers could be introduced for a limited span of time that enable free shipping of goods, subject to the fulfilment of the terms and conditions attached to the offer.

Estimated Delivery Time: For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). However items weighing over 2 kilos or high volume may take a couple of days longer to reach. For other areas the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location.

The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed in the 'Order Details' under 'My Account ' section which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status of your order.

Gron Stockholm ensures to provide a delightful customer experience by delivering the products as per the Estimated Delivery Date communicated as above, however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Gron Stockholm is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Gron Stockholm continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Gron Stockholm reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) in your Gronstockholm wallet.

Address Change: You can change the delivery address of your order only if the order is in Confirmed or Pending status and none of the item(s) purchased in the order are shipped. However, if there are any variations in the charges/taxes (if any) applied for the original delivery address used while placing the order v/s the delivery address to be updated, the request for updating the delivery address might not be accepted.

Hidden Charges (Sales tax, Octroi etc): You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

International Locations: Currently we do not deliver to locations outside India

Tracking Packages: We will sms you the name of the courier company and the tracking number of your consignment on your registered mobile number. Tracking may not appear online for up to another 24 hours in some cases, so please wait until your package is scanned by the courier company.

Non-availability on Delivery: Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

Easy Returns Policy

  •        At Gron Stockholm our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
  •        Return Policy is applicable on all products. Products can be returned within 20 days from date of delivery
  •        Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
  •        If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.
  •        Products purchased from Gron Stockholm Stores shall only be returned at the Stores. No returns of products purchased through the stores shall be accepted online through the website.

 

Estimated Reverse PickUp Time: For all those Pincodes, where pickup service is available by reputed couriers, the Reverse PickUp time would be within 7 to 10 business days (excluding Sundays and other holidays), however, at times there might be unexpected delays in the pickup of your product due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Gron Stockholm is not liable and would request the users to cooperate as we continuously try to reduce such instances.

You can check the status of your return request under Manage Returns section. Once the product is received at our facility, we will conduct a quality check. If it is approved by our quality staff we will initiate the refund process. Please refer our Refunds section for more details.

Warehouse address link will also be mentioned on Manage Returns page against your return request.

Please enter the details under Manage Returns section within 7 days from the initiation date to complete the return process. Return request will be automatically closed after 7 days from the initiation date, if the required details have not been updated.

Once the AWB number and shipping company details have been verified by our team, we will initiate the refund process

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

GRON STOCKHOLM CANCELLATION POLICY

At Gron Stockholm, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, we are here to help. You will be able to cancel product(s) from your order in multiple ways on Gron Stockholm, namely:

  • 1. Order Level Cancellation
  • 2. Product Level Cancellation
  • 3. Shipment Level Cancellation

1. ORDER LEVEL CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order online, before the product(s) inside the order has been shipped. Applicable refund against the cancelled order will be credited to your Gron Stockholm Cash Wallet, which can be further used during your next purchase with us or may be transferred to your respective bank / card / wallet by logging into your Gron Stockholm Account

In case, even a single product of the order has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order (in such cases, user would have to cancel an individual product or complete shipment).

In case, the order contains product(s) such as Guaranteed Savings Offer or Gift Certificate, order level cancellation will not be applicable.

 

2. PRODUCT LEVEL CANCELLATION

  • You can cancel the product online, before the product(s) inside the order has been shipped. Applicable refund against the cancelled product will be credited to your Gron Stockholm Cash Wallet, which can be further used during your next purchase with us or may be transferred to your respective bank / card / wallet by logging into your Gron Stockholm Account
  • In case, the product has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel individual product (complete shipment would get cancelled in this case).
  • For product(s) such as Guaranteed Savings Offer, Gift Certificate and Gift Wrap, cancellation will not be allowed.
  • With the cancellation of last product in the order, 'Gift Wrap' would automatically get cancelled.
  • As a part of cart offer or any other discount offer, if a user has purchased one product along with another product, and during cancellation of same, all the products purchased through same cart offer would get cancelled.
  • For product(s) purchased through specific cart offer or any other discount offer inside the order, if any one of the product gets delivered to the user, then cancellation will not be applicable for all the other products tagged under same cart offer.

 

3. SHIPMENT LEVEL CANCELLATION

  • You can cancel the shipment online, after the product(s) inside the order has been shipped. Applicable refund against the cancelled shipment will be credited to your Gron Stockholm Cash Wallet, which can be further used during your next purchase with us or may be transferred to your respective bank / card / wallet by logging into your Gron Stockholm Account (further Refund related details are provided below).
  • In case, the product has been shipped, you will not be able to cancel individual product, as complete shipment / package would get cancelled.
  • In case, user tries to cancel a product which has already been shipped, all the products which are part of same shipment / package will get cancelled.
  • Cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective products which are part of shipment / package, if the shipment / package is out for delivery.
  • If the product(s) are shipped through India Post delivery service, cancellation will not be applicable for all the respective product(s) which are part of the shipment / package.
